CARPENTERS ROAD

A masterplan of a riverside site for the Worshipful Company of Carpenters. The re-generation of the derelict riverside site is for mixed use, retail, leisure, public and private housing with parks set along the Waterworks River, adjacent to Stratford International Rail Terminal. The masterplan, developed with Piers Gough of CZWG created an ecological park along the river as a wildlife corridor together with the provision of generous public squares and an inland lake.
