THE MOUNT STUART GRAVING DOCKS

Part of the Cardiff Bay Development Corporation strategy for public space along the edge of Cardiff Bay. The comprehensive proposals for the listed docks involved the dredging of the wet dock, restoration of the dock gates, building a new footbridge (designed by Atelier Ten), the upgrading of dockside spaces with new cast iron railings, paving, stone quays, shelters, seating, lighting and water safety measures.
