NANTES UNIVERSITY, FRANCE

A competition entry for an Engineering Faculty building on the University campus, in Nantes. The faculty building was located on a hill, with views down the slope to the river valley. We designed a series of garden rooms, along the length of the building which were sited to maximise the connectivity of circulation to other university buildings. The landscape to the slope is the natural water meadows and woodland of Nantes.
