The landscape for the new Arts Two building is designed to complement the elegance of the built form whilst providing a delightful environment to be in. It uses repetition of colour and materials with subtle contrasts.

Planting of tall grasses provides movementand lightness. A new entrance square paved in natural stone creates a setting for the building and the adjacent consecrated ground, formally part of the Portuguese and Jewish cemetery.  A listed brick wall is repaired and integrated within the overall design.

Opened in 2012 by the Chancellor of the University, Princess Royal.
