LVA - Landscape Visual Assessments

We have undertaken Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments as part of Environmental Impact Assessments and as part of informal appraisals, that have been requested for planning applications. These assessments are undertaken in accordance with Guidelines for Landscape and Visual Assessment, 3rd Edition (GLVIA3) published by the Landscape Institute and IEMA. The scope of these studies are as agreed with the Local Planning Authorities through consultation, including a formal scoping process where studies form part of an EIA.
